1.HIRING
1.1. Sources applicants thru online & other channels, Maintains and monitor database of all active and inactive applications
1.2. Completes and file records of the pre-employment requirements of applicants and facilitates issuance of ID's and Uniforms and Safety Gears
2.TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
2.1. Coordinates with immediate supervisor for training facilitation and or training schedule
3. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
3.1. Checks for the completeness of Government Mandatory requirements submitted by employees
3.2. Performs Time Keeping and monitors employee attendance activities such as overtime, absences and tardiness, facilitates issuance of pay slip
4.MOTIVATIONAL PROGRAM
4.1. Coordinate and Executes HR traditional and dynamic events, plans & programs
5. POLICY FACILITATION
5.1. Facilities receiving of Memo's for all employees
6.EMPLOYER TO EMPLOYEE RELATION
6.1. Maintains HR Files, Employee Database, Employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
6.2. Completes termination paper works & assists with employee exit interviews
6.3. Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR related information
7.ADMIN WORKS
7.1. Ensures all Files and records are well collected and filed, Maintains office supplies and uniform requisitions inventory
