JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SCOPES
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Create and issue invoices, credit notes, cash sales, debit notes, where applicable, accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Maintenance of vendor master including new vendor creation in accounting system
- Assist executive to enter and pay vendor bills, accurately, timely and according to schedule
- Attend to Internal and External queries/ requests properly and in a timely manner
- Working as a team: ensure timely refunds, assist to cancel FPS correctly and promptly, update tracking file
- Assist, back up or coach other Finance team member where necessary.
- Participate in Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
School cert? As long as you speak and understand ENGLISH and you really have the PASSION to CREATE, thats a grade "PASS" for us.
