Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate of BSBA Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
- Has minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing, Trade, Brand Building, Advertising
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
- Has an ability to conduct research and analyze data, organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines and excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Has a creative mindset
Job Description:
- Coordinates with the Marketing, Sales, Trade, Product Development, Purchasing and other teams for marketing program development and strategic plans.
- Research markets and study the company brands
- Present and execute creative ideas for overall marketing activities
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (brand building, product launching, promotions, sponsorships, presscon and other events)
- Track budgets in Ad & Promo with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
- Analyze industry, competition and market trends
- Prepare reports on brand performance, trade marketing and sales
- Lead development and execution of select marketing communication programs and/or promotional brand activities
- Analyze and report business performance (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance)
- Lead design projects with Artist, local suppliers etc.
- Responsible in consumer insights and brand strategy
- Own program execution and advancement of near in commercialization
- Conducts proper orientation and training to Sales/Trade Marketing team
- Supervises Digital Marketing that includes Content Management for Social Media Accounts, monitoring company's websites and online distribution channel.
