JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provides outstanding customer service for an e-commerce campaign that offers beds, bed frames, mattresses, sofas through their online shopping website.
  • Addresses product and general questions or concerns, by clarifying the customer's complaints and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Provides customer feedback and reviews responses in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Ability to accurately answer product questions and provide information about other products that leads to sales
  • Maintain customer and account records and other required duties as assigned.

   

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • With at least 1-year BPO experience
  • Knowledge or background in using MS Office, database software, and CRM software is a plus. Examples are SAP, Oracle, Zendesk, ect.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be from NCR or nearby towns only
  • Must not be currently connected to a BPO company

 

SALARY: 390 PHP PER HOUR
