Probegroup Philippines Inc., a leading Australian BPO Company catering to Australian clients is looking for great talents!
We are currently on the hunt for:
PLATFORM DELIVERY ANALYST (Genesys Cloud Management)
Employment Condition: Full Time Employment
Salary Package: 60,000.00 – 70,000.00-
Work Schedule: Flexible, should be amenable to work on rotating shift
Work Arrangement: Can work Onsite if needed
Qualifications:
- With at least 3 years experience in similar capacity
- Professional experience in Process Mapping and Documentation.
- Certification in Genesys Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Salesforce CRM Development (highly desirable)
- Specific product-based experience or knowledge of Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud (highly desirable)
- Ability to map existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to document in detail and accurately business processes
- Experience with creating documentation related to processes, including flow charts, swimlane diagrams, procedural and policy documents.
- Demonstrated excellence in working effectively as an individual and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
