JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.
We continue to grow and are looking for experienced customer service representatives to work for one of our client which will include inbound calls focusing on customer service.
Your success will be built on your enthusiasm and your proficiency in converting opportunities into mutually beneficial outcomes.
