This role will be primarily focused on Sourcing. As a Technical Recruiter, you are RESPONSIBLE for the following:

• Generate candidates through various sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
• Manage sourcing platforms and job boards
• Liaise with account managers from different job boards in posting and maintaining our ads, and making sure we utilize our subsciption
• Coordinate with Marketing re: social media recruitment and recruitment collaterals for events
• Come up with creative Employee Referral activities and weekly posting of urgent positions
• Keep up-to-date with new sourcing strategies
• Prepare sourcing reports
• Always on the look out for tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
