JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Department
  • Compiling and updating employee records.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • With timekeeping & payroll experience.
  • Check the work of other document control employees/contractors for making sure consistency plus conformance with Company standards, policies practices
  • ·Maintain organize files of - controlled - documents, including incoming outgoing transmittals
  • · Maintain tracking database of - controlled - documents
  • · Check all work for compliance to the project plan, Company policies/procedures database conventions/standards
  • · Follow established Company as well as department guidelines plus practices to include consistent use of filing documentation conventions
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Amenable to work in Antipolo, Rizal
