Company Nurse

Full-time Work Set Up:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for performing functions as a company nurse which includes:

(a)   First aid treatment

(b)   Clinic consultation and treatment

(c)   Medicine dispensation for certain ailments

(d)   Health counseling and education

(e)   Wellness and healthy lifestyle promotion

(f)    Weekly and monthly release of Health Alerts and Advisories

(g)   Vital signs monitoring

(h)   Vaccination administration

(i)     Medical certificate/Fit to work certificate verification

(j)     Maxicare enrollment, deletion, utilization and other concerns

(k)   Updating of clinic bulletin board

(l)     Planning and implementation of clinic programs

(m) Medicine Inventory and Purchase

(n)   Pre-employment physical exam processing

 

 

Responsible for other HR functions such as:

(a) Documentation and updating of the following records:

o   Absence notifications

o   Tardiness notifications

o   Sick Leave Validation (HRIS)

o   For DA Preparation Reports ( for PPE concerns only)

o   Pre-employment Physical Exam Results

 

(b) Performs general office support functions as necessary.

(c) Planning, preparation and coordination of company events.
