JOB DESCRIPTION
| • Provide inspired leadership for the organization. • Familiar with the self-built station operation process • Reviews and recommends policy/system improvements and provided solutions to problems for sustaining and increasing sales as well as the productivity of the department as a whole. • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures; Carries out, implements, monitors, and studies projects, ideas, and programs in the department. • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing • Co-evaluates the performance of the personnel within the department and gives recommendations for salary adjustment, movement, and promotion. • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. • Accountable for the efficient daily operation |
