We specialize in building highly-skilled teams of developers for tech-enabled companies in need of robust software solutions. In other words, we allow startups and established businesses to find their way faster than anyone by building their own software development center in our offices, with project-ready tech experts that work in full compliance with their needs and objectives.
We complement our core expertise with technical and business mentorship, business analysis, UX / UI design, and customer support services.
Join us as:
- Lead talented software developers in web projects, including multiple cutting-edge startup projects, using the latest technologies to bring scale and stability while keeping development speed in mind
- Review architecture of multiple web and mobile projects on a regular basis
- Harness technologies to create rapid prototypes and minimum viable products in the shortest amount of time
- Participate in recurring training, mentoring of more junior developers and curation of existing coding standards and best practices as technology evolves
- It is not really a hands-on position, but you must be able to dive into code and fix it if needed.
- Minimum 15 years working experience in software development
- Must be an expert with .NET or Javascript (Angular, Node.js, React)
- Extensive RDBMS experience, such as MySQL, MsSQL, MariaDb or PostgreSQL
- Solid experience with AWS, good knowledge of DevOps is a plus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English (our clients are mostly from overseas)
