QUALITY CONTROL:

1. Monitor production by doing in-process sampling and testing, ensure that batch cooks are within standard processing time and that processed batches conform to required standards in terms of quality and quantity. See attached list of FG Property Test.
2. Compile and interpret results of tests and analyses.                
3. Set up and conduct chemical experiments, tests, and analyses, using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, physical or chemical separation techniques.                                                                                
4. Prepare chemical solutions for products or processes, following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas.                                                                                                                
5. Write technical reports or prepare graphs or charts to document testing and monitoring.                                                                                                
6. Order and inventory materials to maintain supplies.                
7. Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.                                                                                                                
8. Analyze all processes, identify all fundamental issues and assist in appropriate resolution.
9. Develop or conduct programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards for intermediates and products.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        CUSTOMER SERVICE:
10. Assist various customers in all processes and ensure all inspection system as per customer requirement.                                                                
11. Provide technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis and assist to reduce defects.                                                                                
12. Participate in various process projects and provide research for all developmental teams.
13. Monitor all processes, resolve all issues and coordinate with management and external parties to reduce downtime.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  MAINTENANCE:                                                                                                              
14. Maintain, clean, or sterilize laboratory instruments or equipment.
15. Maintain laboratory or technical equipment.
16. Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams and by conducting laboratory or plant safety audits.
17. Perform machinery troubleshoot.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                OTHERS:                                                                                
18. Maintain housekeeping standards (5S) in the Production Area at all times.                                                                
19. Ensure compliance to safety rules.                                                                                                                                
20. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
