Main Duties

The E-Commerce specialist is an expert in managing and developing e-commerce platforms. The position is going to handle Esco's e-commerce websites as well as all associated analytics accounts and marketing channels. He/She is responsible for identifying relevant market trends, developing sales strategies, and monitoring online sales.

Responsibilities:

  • To routinely review and improve the corporate and product content on Esco’s e-commerce platforms.
  • To manage the inventory on Esco's e-commerce platforms.
  • To collaborate with other specialists to produce marketing content for SEO purposes and for the effective promotion of products offered on Esco’s e-commerce platforms.
  • To set measurable sales goals, both short-term and long-term.
  • To develop e-commerce campaigns to grow online sales.
  • To monitor online sales figures and trends, and to supply the marketing team with insights and guidance on promotional opportunities.
  • To identify, track, and fix any website errors or back-end technical problems that might affect online sales.
  • To review customer feedback, updating the e-commerce platform concerned and the relevant processes as needed.
  • To maintain detailed documentation of all back-end tools and processes used for the management of Esco’s e-commerce platforms

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Information Technology or any related program.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in online sales inventory management and e-commerce website management. Experience in online merchandising is preferred.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Magento, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, website analytics tools, and best practices for e-commerce, SEO, and SEM. Experience in front-end design is a plus
