JOB DESCRIPTION

Open Access BPO has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OA is experienced in designing, implementing, and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identifies the documents, extracts relevant invoice data based on guidelines, and maps the data to the database system based on document classification.
  • Validates data and maintains accuracy by identifying errors from the invoices.
  • Reviews and updates possible label errors in the extracted invoices, creating sets of annotations to help retain and improve the machine learning models.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fast typist
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/familiarity in any database system is a plus
  • Good English interpersonal skill
  • Strong attention to details
  • Able to start ASAP and willing to work in Makati once everything is back to normal
  • Owns a computer/laptop with a stable internet connection
