Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, training and development,payroll and timekeeping, labor relation, coordination with third-party manpower providers, conflict resolution and employee discipline. | ||||||||||
Qualification and Requirements | ||||||||||
|
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent. | |||||||||
|
At least 2 years of working experience in the specialized in Human Resources field is preferred for this position. | |||||||||

Knowledgeable in all facets of human Resources | |||||||||
|
Resourceful and can work with minimal supervision | |||||||||

Hiring & Recruitment | |||||||||
Conducts end-to-end recruitment | ||||||||||
Posting of recruitment technologies to acquire a high volume of applicants (and to filter based on experience) | ||||||||||
Prepare pre-employent Requirements, Employees Contract, Negotiating salary and benefits | ||||||||||

Timekeeping and Payroll | |||||||||
Generate employee logs and prepare timesheet every cut off for payroll processing | ||||||||||
Monitor and prepare documents/Form for salary deduction to employees | ||||||||||
|
Employee and Labor relation | |||||||||
Ensures correctness of the disciplinary action issued to all employees | ||||||||||
Ensures company rules, regulations and policies are followed | ||||||||||
Conducts investigations on incident reports | ||||||||||
|
Training and Development | |||||||||
Implement Employee Training plan | ||||||||||
Orientation of new employees and discuss the rules and regulation of the company | ||||||||||
Ensure Performance aprraisal are followed | ||||||||||
|
Administration | |||||||||
Maintain and update employee record 201 file | ||||||||||
Organizes filling system for important and confidential company documents | ||||||||||
Ensure that the office is clean, organized and presentable | ||||||||||
Organizes and facilitates meetings | ||||||||||

Compensation and Benefits | |||||||||
Apply SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig for employer registration | ||||||||||
With Experience in EGOV , EPRS and PRN | ||||||||||
Assist Government loan for employees | ||||||||||
