JOB DESCRIPTION
-Monitoring the game for any irregularities or cheats while ensuring that all rules are followed by players
-Entering data into a computer, such as bets made by players or outcomes of games
-Communicating with players to answer questions about game rules or procedures
-Conducting security checks on players to make sure they are not using counterfeit chips or cheating in any way
-Collecting bets from players and paying out winnings based on the hand strength of each player’s hand
-Providing customer service to players by answering questions about rules and regulations, or suggesting strategies to improve their odds of winning
-Collecting player funds and placing them in a safe location until the end of the game
-Conducting tournaments by following rules and procedures outlined by casino management
-Ensuring that all gambling equipment is in proper working order and ready for use at all times
