JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

• Provide first line support for all server & messaging used within the company in development, test and live production environments including liaison with suppliers & vendors.

• Maintain servers and server applications - installation, monitoring and maintenance.

• Support end-users, & IT personnel in all platform related areas required for adhering to SLA’s.

• Ensure performance, availability & security of all company & client data.

• Ensure accuracy of documentation & troubleshooting checklists as required supporting IT services.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses.

• At least 3 years IT support work experience.

• Can work in the office, RCBC Plaza Makati City.

• Shifting schedule including special/regular holidays.

• On-Call support.

Technical Qualifications

1. Must have at least 1-year hands-on work experience:

• Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO) & File/Folder Permissions

• Windows Server 2012 or 2016/2019

2. Must have at least 2-years hands-on work experience:

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 or 2016/2019

• PowerShell

2. Preferably with experience in any of the following:

• Windows Server alerts and performance investigation

• Anti-Virus: Apex One Trend Micro

• Anti-Spam: FortiMail

• Skype for Business

• Azure Cloud Technology

• Microsoft Hyper-V

• Microsoft SQL Server

• Backup & Recovery: Data Protection Manager, Acronis Enterprise, Veeam

• Certifications such as: MCP, MTA, MCSA, ITIL, Security+, Azure

Other Skills

• Good customer relations

• Interpersonal skills in a team environment

• Possess American English grammar, oral and written skills

• Strong Analytical Skills
