JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in IT, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum of a year of experience as a Business Analyst
- ITBA experience from Banks or Non-Bank Financial Institutions particularly in implementing Retail (Customer) Banking software.
- Good understanding of technology standards and development.
- Knowledge in SDLC.
- Knowledge in Project Management, good facilitator, good communication, analytical and problem-solving, experience working in banks, financial technology, or BPO
- Knowledge and experience in implementing collection systems for Banks or Non-Bank Financial Institution. Manage CRs.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing change requests for Retail Bank such as deposit system, loan system, switch (ATM/Credit card), check system, online banking system.
- Experience in both Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
