JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer calls and respond to emails
* Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
* Provide customers with product and service information
* Route calls to appropriate resource
* Follow up customer calls where necessary

 

Basic Qualifications:

•At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
•At least 1-year call center experience
•Average to excellent English communication skills
•Can start ASAP
 
•Earn as much as 20k per month plus other Incentives and more!
•Point to point shuttle service plus HMO upon hire!
