JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for all the activities and operations of the collection team.
- Supervise and monitor a team of collectors in regard to workflow and productivity.
- Monitor and report the performance of the collection team.
- Ensures collectors follow all protocols, laws and regulations to collect payments efficiently.
- Authorized representative in filing cases.
- Provides collections personnel with information and training necessary to improve the performance of collection team.
- Recommend guidelines in collection process
- Prepares collections performance and analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male, 30-40 years’ old
- Preferably graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- With driving skills
- Can work under pressure
- Should have strong background in terms of collection Preferably with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same field
