JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  1. Responsible for soliciting all deposit products and recognize all cross-selling opportunities to achieve the bank wide target for deposit.
  2. Review deposit operations procedures and practices for enhancement and development
  3. Implementation of policies concerning deposit operations
  4. Formulates and implements new marketing initiatives, new product features, new criteria, or new communications programs for the bank’s deposit product
  5. Provides bank personnel with information and training necessary to successfully promote and support deposit products. Regularly interfaces with bankers on best practices.
  6. Maintains an awareness of new trends and developments for the segments supported and deposit product set
  7. Build internal and external relationships through follow-through. Provide a high level of personalized sales and service support to clients and strategic relationships within the Bank.
  8. Assures that the Bank’s deposit product suite stays in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policy, and risk requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Preferably graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Preferably with minimum of 5 years of experience in management role, bank’s operation and marketing
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent marketing skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Should have at least 5 years or more work experience in the same field.                                                      Should have existing portfolio or client-based for time deposit.

 

Work Location

  • Tanauan City, Head Office (but amenable to visit branches and do fieldwork for marketing)

 

Work Schedule

  • Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30 pm
