JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising warehouse employees (Driver, Stockman, Picker, etc) and daily activities.
- Handling administrative tasks and documentations for warehouse.
- Managing, and evaluating warehouse employees.
- Monitoring compliance with company policies within the warehouse. (Includes submitting incident reports)
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
- Has strong background and experience in Human Resources
QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position

Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)

Ability to handle data with confidentiality

Good organizational and time management skills

A graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management

Amenable to do warehouse visits for at least once or twice a month. (Laguna, Muntinlupa, Bulacan)
- Has experience working in a manpower agancy. (not required)
