Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Answer calls and email based on customer inquiry.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Monitor delivery status, update client information and transaction activity in the system.
• Process transaction in the system – Orders, form and application.
• Identify issue to escalate to supervisor’s/team leaders.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Verify customer information and instruction.

Qualification:                                         

• Candidate must possess at least college level
• Must have at least 1 years of relevant experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems, SalesForce or Zendesk
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Above average communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
