JOB DESCRIPTION
- 2 years proven experience in training and instructional design
- Experience developing and conducting instructor-led training, either live or via webcast
- Experience in using design tools for instructional materials
- Excellent ability in conducting training needs analysis
- Ability to work on a deadline set by internal stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Knowledge & application of adult learning principles in Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in both client interactions and team interactions and a willingness to interact with clients on a regular basis
- Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage & pronunciation
- Ability to use Microsoft office applications like PowerPoint and Word.
- Microsoft PowerPoint: basic text formatting, tables, master layouts, text and title placeholders, entering slide notes; ability to use graphic design features to create screen layouts
- Must have a demonstration of undertaking of formal qualifications or development in learning design, instructional design and/or adult learning
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- Branch/ Warehouse visit and audit
- Train all candidates for onboarding
- Cascading SOPs
- Excellent Skills in Power Point Presentation
- Familiar with different Training Methodoligies
- Familiar in Training Needs Analysis
- Strong in verbal and written communication
- Willing to do field work
