JOB DESCRIPTION

We have experienced exponential growth in our marketing efforts over the past one year. We are now looking to hire someone who can run with our team and bring Great Place to Work® Philippines to the next level of accelerated growth.

Your main role will be to develop and implement online / digital marketing efforts to drive leads and customer experience. Core duties will include developing strategies and successfully executing them with our  marketing team, having knowledge and practical know-how of current concepts, practices, and procedures in the online marketing environment to best serve the SaaS business growth plans.

It is preferable that you have knowledge with digital marketing, CRM platforms (Zoho), content-driven marketing, and current up-and-coming digital marketing methods including social, email, SEO and SEM, retargeting and personalization in the B to B space. Experience in traditional platforms would also be advantageous as we run events such as our annual Philippines Best Workplaces event which requires event management, vendor management and some public relations work.

Your main goal will be to generate marketing qualified leads, inspire Certification Pride to existing clients and their employees, lead the team in relationship and growth marketing.
Depending on your relevant experience and expertise, you may assume the role of either a Senior Marketing Associate or Marketing Manager for GPTW Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with sales team to ensure strong collaboration and feedback between Sales and Marketing colleagues to deepen customer relationships and retention
  • Leads a team that creates a stellar customer experience across digital mediums to drive leads, revenue and support brand positioning
  • Develop and implement dashboards and tools to effectively manage the marketing funnel and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure website design and optimization to improve lead generation and conversion
    performance
  • Deliver regular marketing analytics reporting to support decision making and marketing performance
  • Lead development of campaigns and relevant promotions and lead generation in response to market interests and needs, and to achieve set internal targets
  • Work with Social Media team to implement Social Media and broader marketing campaigns to grow online presence, visibility and ultimate conversions
  • Research, segment and understand our audience and what they respond to and improve engagement throughout the customer journey, from demand generation to retention and
    renewal
  • Ensure that all leads are captured, nurtured and routed through an efficient process that maximizes marketing ROI
  • Lead a consistent approach to GPTW’s brand messaging and overall market positioning

 

What we need from you:

  • Willingness to learn and grow a SaaS business; knowledge of the lead and demand generation functions, including focus on creating a stellar customer journey
  • Demonstrated application of effective design techniques and standards including user interface design to deliver leads and business growth goals
  • People leadership, planning, problem solving, project management and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker, highly creative, driven and with innate standards to achieve excellence in quality of work delivered
  • Strong, organizational and communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident and interacts with people in a professional manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across a diverse set of skilled professionals
  • A self-starter who is comfortable to work and deliver results independently
  • Technically savvy and with working knowledge of the Microsoft® Office® suite
  • Experience with Content-Driven Marketing
