Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, or Hotel Restaurant and Management or Other related course
  • With at least 1 year job experience as Receptionist is an advantage
  • Open for Fresh Graduate applicants
  • With pleasing appearance and personality
  • Preferably at least 5'4" tall

Job Description

  • Greeting of guests upon arrival, escorting them to their assigned meeting room.
  • Guiding guests and employees on the facilities and services available in coordination with the Butlers.
  • Coordinating with Butlers, Office Assist and Housekeeping services by notifying them on the status of the meetings, coordinating special request of guests/clients.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of guest information and activities.
  • Ensuring consistent level of service.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned particularly Mailroom Management

Work Location: Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas

16,000 monthly salary
