JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Appointment setters are responsible for cold calling prospective clients which are mostly C-level employees. They are able to gauge prospective clients' interest level and proceed as necessary. They are very aggressive when it comes to their telesales goals; being able to generate their own sales leads.
  • Appointment setters also use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to entertain any questions or reschedule meetings as needed.
  • Appointment setters keep accurate records of each conversation with prospective clients about the products and services being offered whether clients are interested or not.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position requirements: 
  • Proven experience of at least 1-3 years as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
  • Must have a background in selling technical products.
  • Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Has excellent phone etiquette and is computer literate.
  • Professional and has a courteous disposition.
  • Must be persuasive and results-oriented.
  • Must have an aggressive drive to succeed.
