JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for managing daily operations of the General Services Business Unit which includes housekeeping, office support services, chauffeurs, messengerial services, among others.
  • Conducts periodic client visits to ensure that relationships are maintained thru highest level of Customer Service.
  • Conducts weekly meeting with Area Supervisors to ensure that customer/client and employees concerns are resolve in timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services, Legal, Procurement, Finance and other business units to ensure smooth flow of services operations.
  • Prepares regular management reports on operations update.
  • Conducts periodic site inspections to ensure TGSI standards are implemented.
  • Supervision on the timely submission of DTR to facilitate payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with Finance in the timely submission of billing and collection
  • Collaborate with QESH Team to ensure that employees are working based on DOLE OSH standard
  • Pursue business opportunities within the active accounts or external market.
