JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL FUNCTION & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Provides operational, technical, and management advisory, support, and assistance to the Manager of POS Terminal Support Services of Service Fulfillment Division and internal & external clients, relative to POS inventory management system, warehousing & logistics, POS technical repair services & POS Terminal Preparation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Duties:
• To provide business and technical advisory, support, and assistance to the POS Terminal Support Services Department, and assist in ensuring attainment of the Service Fulfillment Division goals and objectives as embodied in the annual Business Plan. These include:
• Achieving of 100% Service Level Agreement set on the Quality Management System
• Maintaining competent & sanitized inventory & warehousing database and ensuring availability at all times
• Continuously providing appropriate advice in improving the POS Terminal Support Services organizational structures, manpower, systems, and procedures to enhance department competency and commitment.
• Performing appropriate assessment, analysis & enforcement relative to POS Terminal Support Services Department project/s.
• Keeping watch on the changing trends of the internal & external clients and thereby strives to enhance and develop the services of the department.
• Continually improving processes and recommending changes in strategy to improve business operations as needed.
ENSURING THE FOLLOWING REPORTS, REQUIREMENTS & ACTIVITIES IN A DAY TO DAY BASIS:
• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Monitoring clients or sales requests, pending releases for inventory movements & POS Preparation, and provides solutions as needed.
• Monitoring of Technical Repair Services success rates & output.
• Ensuring 100% compliance on logistics competency requirements

Secondary Duties:
• B. To assist the PTSS Manager in the alignment with Tangents’ & Service Fulfillment Division policies and guidelines. These include:
• Ensuring compliance with Tangent’s, Service Fulfillment, and POS Terminal Support Services Department promulgated policies and procedures and guidelines.
• Harmoniously working with the leaders within and outside the Service Fulfillment Division
• Monitoring of operational activities and the effectiveness of the results thereof, including preparing of reports as needed.
• Implementing specific operational programs, as assigned.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, IT or equivalent.
• Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA): Good Warehousing & Inventory Practice, Logistics & ISO 9001, Sound Judgment & Decision-making, Adaptable, Team-player
• At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs. & Up Experienced Employees specializing in People Management, Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to start immediately.
