QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of HRM or any vocational related courses
• With own motorcycle
• Must be computer literate
• With 3-6 months supervisory work experience in manpower agency or hotel
• With interpersonal skills
• Flexible with time management skills
• Must have good communication and leadership skills
• Can handle technical tasks in housekeeping
• With TESDA certificate is an edge
• Can start ASAP

DESCRIPTION

• Will handle Supervisors in Accounts (Manpower Agency)
• Will execute planning, training and development to Housekeepers  in line.
• Will supervise schedules of Housekeepers
• Will ensure Cleaning Standards are met
• Willing to participate in One time Cleaning - supervising the cleaners in execution of cleaning for client bookings.
• Knowledgeable in Foreseeing no. of manning, can do floor measurements, can measure what equipment's and tools can be used.
• Knowledgeable with MS word, excel and power point
• Can meet to submit progress reports on time
