JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Accountancy/Management Accounting/ Accounting Technology
- CPA is an advantage
- With at least 1 year experience as an Accountant in a hotel/leasing industry
- Knowledgeable with the whole process of Leasing cycle
Responsibilities
- Analyze transactions and apply accounting principles in the Leasing software system
- Records financial impacts of leasing activities in accounting calculations and reports
- Monthly reporting and reconciliation of rents, invoicing for landlords
- Preparation of local taxes
- Do other task assigned by immediate superior
