Your Role: - Handle incoming emails and live chat messages - Respond to customer inquiries - Record customer interactions - Process customer accounts/subscriptions - Acknowledge and resolve product/service problems and customer complaints - Process orders, forms, applications and requests - Identify and settle customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Maintain a working knowledge of the products, policies, and processes
Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree Level/Graduate of any business-related course * 2+ years of email and chat support working experience * Excellent verbal and written skills in English * Good customer service and problem-solving skills * A good team player * Familiar with the following tools: MS Office, Zendesk, Kustomer, Slack * Willing to work in the graveyard shift and on a shifting schedule * Must be able to start ASAP * Willing to work in Davao City
