Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Assist an established HR department with daily operations to ensure nothing is overlooked
Responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel, communications, and policy administration
Employee onboarding and end to end recruitment to payroll administration and compliance
Strong background and operating knowledge in all facets of Human Resources.
Has the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously exercising good judgement and flexibity.
Has a strong people and negotiating skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
