POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent will be responsible in providing assistance with clerical and administrative works of Technical - Project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track
• Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and e-mails.
• Provide all assistance needed of project managers, engineers and sales in all department.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Office Administration or any other related field of study.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Sound knowledge and ability of using English language both verbally and in writing
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Applications such as: MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
