JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in CC/OCP planning, set up CC/OCP and responsible for daily operation, customer experience management?
  • Daily Work Supervision, Inspection, Assessment and Training of Employees?
  • Customer visits and complaint handling, key customer relationship maintenance and demand closed-loop processing?
  • Logistics management of faulty phones and monthly logistics cost settlement?
  • ASC planning and set up,  landing of brand image?
  • Staff training?
  • Daily operation monitoring, inspection, rewards and punishments?
  • KPI accounting and cost settlement?
  • ASC and users'   complaint tracking processing.

Can speak mandarin is a PLUS!!
