JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in CC/OCP planning, set up CC/OCP and responsible for daily operation, customer experience management?
- Daily Work Supervision, Inspection, Assessment and Training of Employees?
- Customer visits and complaint handling, key customer relationship maintenance and demand closed-loop processing?
- Logistics management of faulty phones and monthly logistics cost settlement?
- ASC planning and set up, landing of brand image?
- Staff training?
- Daily operation monitoring, inspection, rewards and punishments?
- KPI accounting and cost settlement?
- ASC and users' complaint tracking processing.
Can speak mandarin is a PLUS!!
