JOB DESCRIPTION
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily jobs of the Lazada and shopee stores; which includes customer service, platform campaigns, orders tracking, problem solving, increase stores’ fans;
- Work with merchandising team to define merchandising strategy and assortment plan.
- Analyze customer buying patterns using high page views, search term reports, visitor traffic, SKU performance to develop new strategies.
- Be able to search and study the market and adjust our products, keep our online stores competitive;
- Plan promotion for upcoming festivals or events like Christmas, 11/Nov big sale…. Work with our graphic designer to update online store decorations.
- Regularly check promotional campaigns on platforms;
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years work experience.
- Education Background: at least College (or if you’re knowledgeable and experienced, contact us anyway)
- Be able to solve problems independently, have strong learning ability and summarizing ability;
- Be willing to communicate and collaborate, have a team spirit and strong sense of responsibility;
- Has a certain ability to withstand pressure, and has a self-motivated spirit;
- Can bear hardships and stand hard work, perseverance, willing to accept frequent and repetitive work
- Understand the relevant matters of the job, cooperate with the operation manager to do the store operation well
Preferrably with experience in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee etc.
