1) Development of direction for E-commerce business
• In collaboration with higher management, develop strategies consistent with
Marketing Plans, resulting in the achievement of sales, distribution, merchandising,
and promotions objectives for the company.
• Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated, and spending are within budget to
accomplish objectives
• Segment account base
o Catalogue how we do business with each account in terms of processes,
systems, policies, and procedures
o Define criteria for e-commerce platform

2) Development of Business Plans
• Determine current and potential business per account for proper resource
deployment
• Identification of opportunities and appropriate action plans (monthly, quarterly, semi-
annual and annual)
• Work closely with brand management, digital creatives and demand planning to align,
contextualize and execute a much broader sales and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliverables for online orders
• Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth from online channels
• Lead in scheduling and organizing all digital platform activities while taking notes of
the day-to-day department needs.
• Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and
implement action plans
• Analyze and interpret e-commerce sales to identify strengths, weaknesses and
business opportunities
3) E-commerce Account Management
• Serve as the company’s “point person” towards key e-commerce platforms (ex.
Lazada, CloudLogic, Shopee, etc.)
• Meet the monthly and yearly sales quota from the company’s online store
• Prepare reports and conduct e-commerce performance reviews on a weekly or
monthly basis
• Design, deliver and manage the most appropriate monthly promotions plans that will
optimize results
• Identification of SKUs volume and distribution per account
• Oversee sales performance, online marketing performance, campaign performance
and operational excellence
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneur, Marketing, or related work experience
• With at least 3+ years of working experience in digital sales
• Preferably from the e-commerce industry
• Experience in developing webstores
• Can achieve set sales quota for assigned products or digital accounts
• Ability to motivate the digital sales force
• Experience with digital marketplace/e-commerce and thorough knowledge of online
retail
• Proficient in product ranking and other digital resources related to maximizing sales
• Ability to perform, to budget and manage forecasts
• Excellent oral and written communications skills including making impactful reports
and presentations
• With strong sales background and good business acumen
