Supply Chain Operation Associate - Data Analyst will be responsible to work with huge data pertaining to inventory movement and make sound analysis for back-order rate, average inventory, sell in rate, lost sales ratio.

Key Performance Indicator

• Back Order Rate- Shows how well the inventory level meets the customer’s demand.
• Average Inventory- The amount of inventory on-hand during a specific period.
• Sell In Rate- The percentage of units sold during a specific period.
• Lost Sales Ratio- It indicates when a company runs too lean on its stock.

Supply Chain Data Analyst Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine which products are selling and which are under-performing.
• Perform inventory analysis to avoid low stock and overstock.
• Suggest & maintain inventory plan to ensure smooth product flow.
• Plan and complete the assigned tasks within the deadlines.
• Analyze root causes of inventory level issues and provide resolutions on any issues that may become apparent.
• Reports to Supply Chain Manager promptly for inventory problems and provides recommendations for better inventory control.
• Generate and maintain monthly reports on inventory levels and historical sales.
• Assist in inventory risk assessment and mitigation activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets (advance in Microsoft Excel).
• Good computer skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
