Product Support Executive

Full-time Work Set Up:
1 - 2 Years of Experienced Paranaque

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for assisting after-sales customer inquiries, parts management, and support the technical service team.
  2. Determines the parts and suggests a correct replacement for the client's concerns.  
  3. Examine what are the parts needed to be replaced.
  4.  Process the Sales Payments.   

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Sales Oriented and maintain a good relationship with the client. 
  2. With Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  3. Can drive automobile and with driver’s license 
  4. Possess good customer service skills
  5. Must be flexible to handle multi-task assignments

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree/Graduate of Engineering and/or Business Management
  2. With at least one (1) year of related work experience

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (7:00AM to 4:00PM)
