Position Title: Fraud Analyst

Job Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential within the company operations
  2. Maintains fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems
  3. Identifies system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities
  4. Performs risk assessment for each account and create risk acceptance documents
  5. Determines existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns
  6. Recommends standards, policies, and/or procedures to correct deficiencies
  7. Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented
  8. Responsible for resolving fraud cases
  9. Regularly generates suspicious activity reports and risk management reports.
  10. Document changes in process flow within BPO Operations.
  11. Ensure alignment of security standards with BPO Operations.

 

Qualifications:

  1. 2 years experience as Fraud Analyst
  2. Knowledge of Linux, MacOS, and Windows Operating Systems
  3. With strong analytical skill needed for the job
  4. Graduate of bachelor’s degree
  5. Willing to work in shifting schedules
  6. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is an advantage
  7. With BPO work experience is an advantage
