JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics activity for all functions, including prioritizing workload for delivery pullouts.
- Monitors timely processing of incoming finished goods from operations.
- Schedule all manpower requirements for shipping, receiving and warehousing.
- Schedule shipments and deliveries based on received Purchase Orders.
- Coordinates all requirements of Client’s logistics to meet costumer requirements for delivery, accuracy in receiving finished goods.
- Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders, Customer requirements and other records to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
- Coordinate with marketing department for schedules of vehicles to be use for marketing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of materials from receipt to stocking, to distribution.
