CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER – Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues and maintain acceptable service level agreements (SLA)
  • Forward user feedback to the relevant department to improve the customer journey
  • Help create content for our Knowledge Base
  • Engage in discussion with partners and industry leaders

 

Qualifications:

  • Able to provide concise, articulate, and insightful analysis in written and verbal form, as well as communicate these with clarity and brevity
  • Experienced with productivity tools and CRM software
  • Doesn't shy away from taking on new responsibilities and learning new roles
