Primary Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with contacts by offering resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.) and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process
• Gather key information to update the CRM system and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategy
• Research and identify client prospects via web/social media mining and contact via email outreach with the goal of gaining interest and setting an appointment
• Connect with client using email or LinkedIn to generate initial interest, determine pain points and schedule a discovery call, free analysis or other appointment
• Manage expectations and overcome objections to get an appointment
• Once a prospect shows interest, assemble prospect profile overview including bio, LinkedIn link, pain points, appointment time/date for sales
• Coach the appointment with the prospect to ensure it holds
• If needed, perform additional research, including ancillary stakeholders, profile building such as hobbies, interests, geographic area, school attended, etc.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using a CRM tool 
• Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.

Professional Qualifications:

• College degree in Marketing/Business or related field
• Fresh graduates with high energy, enthusiasm and pleasing personality
• Must be creative, with design skills using Photoshop
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Resourceful and goal-oriented
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
