JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Marketing, Advertising / Media or any related courses.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the related field.
  • Required skill (s): Customer service, client relationships, planning and time management
  • With good communication skills, both in oral and written
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with peers and clients.
  • Has good business sense or knowledge, perspective and ethical behavior.
  • Can work under pressure, aggressive, determined and fast learner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizes, develops and executes marketing plans, campaigns, manages of action plans and set goals.
  • Responsible for overall planning, content update, promotion and daily operations, from the media flatform (including website, Facebook, Instagram, other forms of social media)
  • Analyses details of competitor offerings, including specifications, market share, pricing and promotional materials.
  • Helps come up with new product and service offerings to increase in new or existing markets.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
  • Plans and manages marketing events as agreed within the budget and timescales and supervises the production of marketing materials.
  • Creating formal letters (bidding documents, quotations, memo)
  • Provide daily assistance to ensure each sales manager is in connection with internal and external parties in a timely, effective and efficient manner
  • Help create presentation materials for meetings and proofread for consistency and correctness.
