HR ASSISTANT -RECRUITMENT
Department: Recruitment Department
Area: Makati / Makati Resident
Duties & Responsibilities:
(End to end process)
- Monitors & Coordinates with the clients regarding manpower requests
- Job Posting (social media accounts – with support from CSR)
- Interviews to applicants
- Administers tests to applicants
- Endorses applicants to clients or manager
- Ensures completion of requirements, mandated government benefits & Medical Result
- Schedules orientation with the ER/PR
- Prepares contracts for employee/s
- Prepares Notice for Personnel Action to be signed by the HR Head
- Assists employees in contract signing
- Monitors masterlist and newly hired list of employees
- Monitors performance evaluations of their assigned department/s
- Coordinates with the clients and HR team regarding the contracts
and evaluations
- Monitors/ensures copy of notarized contracts/for notary (& its payment) in coordination with the ER
- Prepares copy of necessary documents for the client/s & Initial 201 Filling to be forwarded to CSR
- Prepares/Creates COE to be signed by the HR Head
Filling to be forwarded to CSR
- Additional Duties would be assigned by the HR Head
