We are currently looking for project-based counselors to be assigned in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.  For those coming from other regions, we will assist in your relocation expenses.

POSITION: PROJECT COUNSELOR

FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct regular individual wellness coaching sessions and group sessions for project team members of client company. Session schedules will cater to 24x7 operations of client, so work schedules will vary.
• Conduct occasional training sessions for project team members on mental health topics.
• Perform other interventions as may be assigned to help project team members maintain their well-being, including attending to critical cases as needed.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and internal meetings.
• Attend meetings with client management personnel, as needed.
• Prepare documentation of sessions, including case notes and logs.
• This is a full-time, project-based position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Guidance Counselor
• At least 3 years’ experience in counseling or psychotherapy work
• Adaptable to varying work schedules, including night shift, weekends and holidays
• Proficient in the use of technology and software such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good business communication skills

COVID-19 considerations:
Sessions may be conducted virtually while on community quarantine. However, you will eventually be required to go onsite and conduct sessions in person, with the government-prescribed precautions and safety measures.
