- Assist in promotional activities.
- Collect & monitor customer feedback related to product launch, support issues & release related queries.
- Help identify marketing trends & key opportunities for innovation.

- Visiting clients/ external agencies.
- Perform other Sales/Marketing tasks that may be assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
