JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SAP
- Preferably Supervisor/Managerial/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Monitor and Manage all FG warehouse operations
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of equipments and personnel
- Ensure proper distribution of work load and prepares personnel work schedules and assignments
- Ensure proper implementation of Good warehousing practices (GWP), and proper housekeeping (6S)
- Check and ensure correctness of all receiving and issuances reports of materials
- Manages the physical custody and accuracy of inventory records for raw materials
- Assist PPIC to prepare and monitor purchase orders to obtain material requirements according to purchasing lead time
- Ensure safety of warehouse facilities, equipment, and materials
- Prepares necessary reports.
- Ensures the integrity and completeness of all warehouse records and manuals
- Update and monitor proper implementation of all warehouse procedures and work instructions
- Performs other task that maybe assigned by direct superior from time to time
