Job Summary

Marketing Associate shall be responsible for increasing brand awareness for a company’s current and potential clients. This position shall embody the whole process from client relations, PR, advertising and marketing strategies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATIVE

• Create, upgrade and implement Brand Deck.
• Shall be responsible for conceptualization and presentation of marketing plan per business unit.
• Establish marketing policy;
• Marketing Executive shall supervise, manage and implement marketing programs.
• Manage all social media and marketing platforms.
• Propose, implements and managed the approved marketing budget.
• Organize and implement events by ensuring that it will be delivered on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
• Must achieve the set targets through effective marketing strategies.

PRODUCT ADVERTISING

• Facilitate required marketing material and responsibly distribute it for maximum exposure through the appropriate channels.
• Create a marketing data sheet, storyboard for graphic artists to effectively create marketing visuals.

PRODUCT PROMOTION

• Coordinate and sign up promoters/influencers.

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

• Manage social media / press influencer as part of a marketing campaign.
• Forge partnership with institutions, people that may be necessary for the company.

REPORTING

• Shall be responsible for reporting on campaign performance. Marketing Executive should analyze data and create presentations on that analysis to deliver to upper management.

 COVERED SHIFT

• Performs tasks, duties and covered shifts of colleagues in their absence.
