JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Problem Solving, Decision Making, Planning and Organizing, Customer Focus, Conflict Management
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
- Plans production schedules and controls manufacturing activilies through capacity planning, dispatch scheduling and in-process expediting function
- Conducts analysis of the production plan, finished goods and raw materials inventory level and sales forecast based on the MRP results.
- Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to established production sequences and lead times.
- Determines, monitors and makes adjustments to the limits of capacity for work in the production
- Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data. Performs mathematical computations to determine reliability of manufacturing processes and tools and adequacy of manning and material requirements
- Coordinates with manufacturing to expedite operations. Confers with Marketing Department before altering production schedules to meet unforseen conditions.
- Manages the physical custody and accuracy of inventory records of raw materials, component items, and finished goods within the plant
- Prepare purchase orders to obtain material requirements according to purchasing lead time
- Prepares necessary reports
- Ensures the integrity and completeness of all PICC records and manuals
- Performs other duties that maybe assign by immediate superior
