Responsibilities:
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Communicate with prospect and existing clients to understand their needs and explain product value
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Help customers through email, phone, chat, online presentations and screen-share
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
• Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
• Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
• Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
• Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
• Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A graduate of Accountancy with at least 2-3 years related experience
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in a BPO / KPO setting is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting software
• Knowledgeable in all Accounting process
• Above Average English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office application i.e., MS Excel
• Preferably with background in Account Management and Marketing
• Computer savvy
• Analytical, client-oriented, keen to details
• Willing to work in Makati area
• Willing to work NIGHT SHIFT schedule
2. Assistant Finance Manager (1)
Recommends and maintains set of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities in accordance with corporate, accounting and ISO standards. Ensures accurate preparation of management and statutory reports. Assist Finance Manager to oversee logistics, budget and taxation
Assist Finance Manager to plan, develop, maintain and implement systems and procedures in safeguarding the interest of the company in accordance with corporate, accounting and ISO standards. Manages cash flow, supervise financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting. Collaborate with the Team to determine financial strategy, arrange appropriate funding and manage financial risks. Assists in managing financial requests for purchases orders and making sure supporting documents are complete, accurate and compliant with Company's policies and procedures. Works with the team to ensure financial data such as record of company's expenses are updated and complete to avoid any exposures/significant adjustments when audit comes. Keep the accounts system up to date Prepare and submits financial reports to relevant government entities when required and necessary Arranges financial audits and reviews as required Reviews completeness of tax filings. Deals with matters relating to the BIR, PEZA, SEC and other government agencies Reviews check vouchers and ensures validity of all transactions by examining the veracity of the supporting documents. Ensures proper accounting entry and tax set-up; Assist Finance Manager to prepare CONFI payroll and review R&F payroll Oversees Logistics functions Assists on the preparation of cost reduction programs Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Finance Manager On a regular basis, assistant finance managers meet with the Operation's Manager and the financial manager to develop strategic plans and to brainstorm ways of reducing spending and increasing profits. Liaises with other departments and business units on range of issues; Provides advice on financial matters impacting the company as a whole Trains and develops junior staffs.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy, licensed CPA, with at least 3-5 years experience
Required skills:
Analytical skills – to identify trends in data, spot inaccuracies, and work with accountants to develop strategies to reduce taxes by analyzing company tax reports
Organization – good organization skills and prioritization ensure that tasks are completed on time and files can be found easily
Computer skills – to use database software and accounting programs Integrity – entrusted with companies’ confidential financial data, assistant finance managers are expected to display integrity and confidentiality
Communication skills – working with colleagues, clients, and auditors on a regular basis, assistant finance managers are clear communicators with a friendly disposition and a professional demeanor
